They are characterized by their low wall thickness and a good fit of the inner cannula in the outer cannula. This allows for an optimal inner-outer diameter ratio. They are used as ventilation and therapy tubes with inner cannulas in the clinic, during rehabilitation and in non-clinical care.The TRACOE vario has a variably adjustable neck flange. Using a practical pressure mechanism, the neck flange can be moved on the cannula and positioned individually for each patient. By moving the orange lever, the neck flange is locked in the next step. This eliminates the need to lock it in place by turning it. A scale helps to position the adjustable flange, e.g. in preparation for a tube change. The flexible wings at the neck flange of the TRACOE vario tracheostomy tube are individually adjustable. This offers further possibilities to take individual anatomical requirements into account.
